Hi Everybody,
This time of year for us is a little bit lonely. We are in full swing executing programs that have been planned for several months. However, most people are on holidays and while there may be a little bit of planning going on, it’s a pretty quiet time of year for design and invention.
At long last, our office renovations are complete and everyone is again under one roof in more spacious digs. Thanks to all of our contractors and to our architect/designers/project managers at Office Architecture. They did a great job. The new space is a reflection of our never ending goal to be a leader in the field of being a greener organization as a whole and doing our part to sustain our planet. We’ve used alot of natural light, so much so that there are days that we don’t turn on lights in the office at all. Our initiatives are ongoing to this end.

Our friends at Earth Rangers have a great show going on all summer at Ontario Place. The show is completely free with park admission and a great chance for kids and adults alike to see some very rare animals and have a VERY close encounter with a Bald Eagle while learning more about saving the planet. Highly recommend a visit.
Kids hockey is right back in full swing. Coach Claudio kicked off the season with a pool party last weekend that was a fantastic time. Thanks for that coach. More updates to come on that, obviously.
When I was in Germany a few months ago at Euroshop, there was one product that especially caught my eye. At long last, we finally have a first off production sample in our offices. This is a great spin on a shopping basket. It allows for way more capacity than a basket while still remaining small and versatile. I’ve attached a picture.
Lastly, we recently celebrated our 8th annual BBQ for employee partners and friends. It was once again a great success with everyone enjoying good food, music and fun. This year our friends at Earth Rangers stopped by with a Red Tailed Hawk. I’ve attached a few pics for you to check out.
