A few months ago we were contacted by a client that needed some help with a new retail concept in the U.K. They asked that we design, build and G.C. the project. After they had found a location we went to work on the design of a versatile fixture concept that would be functional enough across many categories and still look stylish. The result is the first Lemon Women’s Accessories store ever in Newcastle, England. I got a call from our client last week who said “the store is doing well, I want to do some more, I’m going to the U.K. this weekend and I want you to come with me to help choose the locations.” A couple days later, we were on a plane headed for a whirlwind 3 days of driving and reviewing real estate.
