Happy Earth Day everyone! Don’t forget to properly dispose of at least one piece of trash that you find outside this week.
In celebration of Earth Day, we are implementing a new Eco Font in our day to day operations. This font will save us 20% in annual ink usage when pages need to be printed. Watch for this on future emails.
Well, after a lot of hard work by our team and most of all Jim Currie, we are officially an FSC certified manufacturer. What this means is that for our clients that have a higher level of environmental conciousness, we are able to provide a chain of custody that goes right back to the forest a tree was taken from right through to the final product that is shipped to them. This ensures that the people involved in that chain of custody are all “friends of the environment” and are doing their part to help a more sustainable planet. At the very basis, harvest a tree plant a tree.
We feel that this program is very respectable and essential in today’s business environment and are proud to be a part of it.
On the subject of environmental sustainability, The Earth Rangers have launched and continue to develop their new website.

Last but not least, we are in a bit of a lull now with respect to kids hockey. Four more weeks and we’ll be back in action again with the CBSF 4 on 4 summer hockey team. I’m going to take a shot at coaching…… So there should be lots of funny stuff to share.
