Who We Are

Our diverse and talented team, specializing in design, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, retail installation and retail merchandising, is one of the most creative and innovative teams in North America producing retail environments that are as distinctive and varied as the businesses they are created for. Key to the CBSF brand is founder and owner Bud Morris, as well as a team of talented individuals, many of whom have decades of experience in the retail.

An entrepreneur and pioneer in the Canadian retail market, Bud’s success in leading some of North America’s largest fixture manufacturing companies and executing programs for global clients inspired him to create a company that combined all the components and value added services required for creating successful retail environments. In his career, he’s had the opportunity to recognize the importance of quality and customer service, and continues to make that a priority for himself and his company.

With over 30 years experience in manufacturing, Luisa’s track record for on-time delivery and highest quality in standards has earned her a rock solid reputation in the industry. Luisa always has her eye on effective control of costs and overhead to ensure we maintain a strength, efficiency and diversity that all our clients can benefit from.

With the same tenacity she had when starting her career, 20 years later Carm continues to be fuelled by a passion for great retail design that is as practical and functional as it is stylish. Driven by results and strategic alignment to brand, she has successfully translated business objectives into award winning retail environments and is always up for a new challenge to balance form, function and return on investment.

It is our customer service that sets up apart. With over 30 years in client services for the retail industry, Armando is laser focused on turning problems into opportunities for our clients. His single point of contact approach ensures all aspects of a client’s program is overseen and coordinated by a dedicated person, making us reliable to and trusted by our clients.


We care about quality and a safe work environment:
  • Our team participates in the Joint Health and Safety Committee, with 4 worker certified members and two management members.
  • Our clients requested an independent audit and we passed with flying colours… over 90% rating and a grade of A.
  • Measured on quality system, purchasing control, incoming material control, process control, in –process and final quality control, storage and delivery.
